Thurman Munson's final at bat, made less than 24 hours before his tragic death in a private plane crash in Green, Ohio = 147 (Reverse Ordinal). A strikeout, not part of the script...? His finale was made in Chicago's (then) White Sox Park called by Phil Rizzuto and Frank Messer on WPIX-TV. Long Live Our Captain Thurman Munson.
